CVGo AI is an AI-powered resume building service that generates tailored resumes based on job descriptions and your career information. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create, optimize, and format resumes for job applications.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
CVGo AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts receive a limited number of resume generations per month. Paid subscriptions provide additional generations and features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Resumes and other content generated by CVGo AI are created using artificial intelligence and are based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it in job applications.
You retain ownership of all career information, work history, and personal data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating resumes and providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.
You agree not to: use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading resumes; attempt to reverse-engineer the Service or its AI systems; share your account credentials with others; use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage; or use the Service for any illegal purpose.
The Service, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by CVGo AI. You own the resumes generated for you through the Service and may use them freely for personal and professional purposes.
CVGo AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: job application outcomes, errors in AI-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
